Ellen Renton is a poet, performer, and theatre maker from Edinburgh. In 2021, she was a Cove Park Resident on the Emerging Scottish Writer bursary, and her debut pamphlet An Eye For An Eye For An Eye was published by Stewed Rhubarb Press. She is a co-founder of In The Works spoken word theatre company and her solo poetry show Within Sight was supported by Unlimited and Creative Scotland. Recent collaborative projects have included a climate-themed EP with musician Lord of the Isles, and AISLE – an animated poetry film commissioned by BBC Culture in Quarantine.
